Mike Taylor joined AMI in 1998 as marketing and business development manager. After nine years, Mike transitioned easily into the role of vice president of integrated services. He is responsible for all aspects of AMI’s project delivery process: cost estimating; project setup, management and closeout; scheduling and schedule control; quality and cost control; health and safety; and project administration, including document control, invoice approvals and billings. Mike also serves as AMI’s client/prime liaison to ensure rapid and knowledgeable responses to project-related inquiries.
