Vice President of Consulting Services
Jim Pagel joined AMI in 1997. He started his career as a project manager and work his way up to to vice president of consulting services. Now leading AMI’s project management team, Jim plans, schedules and manages the consulting services provided for asbestos and lead remediation projects, including inspections, testing, design and contract management.
Jim also conducts building inspections, oversees mold and indoor air quality investigations and is proficient in Phase Contrast Microscopy. He holds licenses and certifications in lead and asbestos from the Environmental Protection Agency and several states, is certified by the American Hospital Association in construction-related infection control, and is recognized for his expertise in healthcare environments.
