Peru State College is a public, four-year college located in the rural town of Peru, Nebraska. It has an enrollment of approximately 2,000 students and occupies over 20 buildings on a 104-acre campus.
AMI has completed over 25 on-campus projects for Peru State College. Typical projects involve testing for asbestos, lead, and other hazardous materials, followed by specification development and project management services during abatement.
Peru State College has spent more than $22 million the past five years on campus and program improvements. As part of that investment, and a necessary step prior to its building renovations, AMI Environmental was selected to complete a campus-wide environmental investigation.
