Project Summary:
AMI performed a site investigation for Central Community College to determine the presence of suspect asbestos containing materials (ACMs) that may be disturbed during the course of renovation activities at Clay Hall. Lead-based paint and other lead-containing building materials were also sampled and documented.

Following the site investigation, AMI developed project specifications and a work plan to abate the facility in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. AMI’s other integrated services for this project included bid-letting, contractor pre-qualifications and compliance monitoring.
